Over the years, Indovance has developed time-tested systems and human infrastructure for quality assurance to satisfy every client needs. The key to quality delivery is to understand the customer requirements in detail and then to adhere to stringent quality processes to ensure:
- Every markup or feedback provided by the client is incorporated, before proceeding with further work
- Completed drawings match the required customer standards (layering, detailing, text height, dimensioning styles, etc.)
- Consistency of work and design intent across the project
- On time completion of project by setting up regular quality review checkpoints in the project life cycle
The quality checks are conducted by experienced team leaders that are hand-picked and have consistently displayed their passion for attention to detail.
