Sandesh has over 20 years’ experience in the engineering design field. He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Master of Science from North Carolina State University, with a specialization in Computer Aided Design. In addition to overseeing Indovance, Sandesh is the Co-founder and Director of its sister company, Teknovance Solutions. Prior to founding Indovance and Teknovance, Sandesh was a senior R&D member at SolidWorks Corporation.

Surendra is a serial entrepreneur who brings over 40 years of industry experience to Indovance. He has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Pune, India. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations at Teknovance, Surendra sits on the board of directors for many other companies, leading them to success with his astute business acumen. He has extensive experience in starting, managing, and developing teams, which gives him valuable insight when it comes to developing real partnerships with clients.

Aditi has been building businesses for over a decade, specializing in Leadership Development, Project Management, and Business Strategy. With a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration, Aditi can design your corporate headquarters, and then show you how to run the company! Her outgoing personality and passion for team leadership earns her accolades from everyone who works with her.

With over a dozen years’ experience in the Manufacturing and Outsourcing industries, Limbraj is the one to turn to when it comes to streamlining operations. Though initially brought on board as a senior design engineer, Limbraj’s excellent analytical and managerial skills quickly earned him a promotion to his current position. Mechanical department may be his first love, every department in our organization has grown more effective and efficient under his management. Limbraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical from Pune University.
